Day in Frankfurt

We are here in Frankfurt to explore. We had cheese grillers for lunch. We had a walk in the town.  We had a photo with a clown! Soon we were on the flight to Windhoek.

Annoying airport day

Today we finished packing and said goodbye to Uncle Rex and left for the airport. We are flying Lufthansa, a German Airline. Once through security and everything we had to wait! We waited about 2 and a half hours, finally we boarded the plane. It was late and we were tired. We missed our connecting flight and had to get a hotel, and a new booking for tomorrow. It was very late, but it was straight to bed, without any dinner :-( 

Fun in Frankfurt

Today was Wednesday and we were left to explore Frankfurt for before our flight in the evening.  When we got there it was lunchtime already so we had lunch and wondered, we wondered and wondered all day.  Sometimes we asked for help.  When we are ready for our flight, we waited and met a friend.  We read our book.  When the plane had taken off, I slept and only woke up in the morning it was lovely!
